Media reports are saying that Chayanne was injured during his performance at the show “Puebla, Mexico Pride,” which took place last Saturday night to commemorate 150 years of battle of Puebla.
A spokesperson at Chayanne’s office declined that Chayanne had hurt his ankle during the concert. The spokesperson said the floor of the stage was wet and Chayanne slipped; he then remained cautious not to fall.
On his Twitter account, Chayanne thanked fans for their concern and said that nothing happened in Puebla, but since it had rained the floor was too slippery.

Marc Anthony, Solís and Chayanne will undertake a musical tour together throughout the United States.
The tour, which represents the first joint presentation of this trio of stars of Latin music, will be titled “GIGANT3S” and will include 14 dates from August 3 in Miami, announced the production Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN). The dates are:

Chayanne continua con éxito su gira “No hay imposibles”
Miami, 2 feb (EFE).- El cantante puertorriqueño Chayanne proseguirá en Puerto Rico y otros países latinoamericanos su gira “No hay imposibles” tras lograr en México llenos totales en los conciertos celebrados, informó hoy su representante.
El cantante, que ha vendido miles de discos en todo el mundo, inició en 2010 esta gira que lo ha llevado por Estados Unidos, España y algunos países de Latinoamérica.
“No hay imposibles” salió a la venta en febrero del año pasado, lo que marcó el regreso a la música del artista boricua tras dos años de ausencia en los que se dedicó a otras actividades como la actuación.

Miami, Feb 2 (EFE) .- The Puerto Rican singer Chayanne continues in Puerto Rico and other Latin American with his “No hay imposibles” tour after the success in Mexico of sold-out concerts, his representative said Wednesday.
The singer, who has sold thousands of records worldwide, started in 2010, this tour in the United States, Spain and some Latin American countries.
“No hay imposibles” was released in February last year, marking a return to the music of the Puerto Rican artist after a two year absence in which he devoted himself to other activities such as acting.
