Message Board by Aimoo Down

The message board for Chayfans.org, which is hosted by Aimoo, is currently down. I was aware that they were making improvements to the forum but not aware that the message board would be completely down or when the update was going to be made.
Please comment on this post if there is anything you’d normally post in the message board regarding news.

Perhaps it’s time to leave Aimoo. I went into the news forum and there seems to be quite a few posts missing. I guess this is the only place to keep in touch with you.

I will start looking at alternatives. I was trying to give them a chance to fix it, but it doesn’t look good. Although Aimoo has made some stupid choices in the past, this is the worst. Others are as upset as I am: http://forum1.aimoo.com/Aimoo_Help_Forum

Each day I check into the site and hope that somehow things would be back to “normal” but no such luck!

I’ve been testing out other forums in my spare time. What happened to the forum at LaIsla with all the SPAM? That’s one of the free forums I was playing with on the Chayfans.org site, but I’m a little concerned with the SPAM issue. The other forum I tried wouldn’t let me sign in! I’m going to give that one another try this weekend when I have more time.

Casa Chayanne uses EZBoard, but it’s not a free site (unless you allow advertising). I don’t remember the cost, but they’ve had their fair share of issues too, not necessarily with SPAM, but server unreliability (in the past).
P.S. I did notice all the disgruntled people over at the Aimoo help forum. I’m not too sure how “helpful” the Aimoo administrators are, seems to be quite frustrating!
