During his intense tour doing promotion and shows throughout USA and Europe, Chayanne used his only day off to make the video of "Atado a tu amor", title of his last album. Although he was very tired— the day before he had done a show in Los Angeles, CA—you do not have to feel sorry for him, because during the shooting he was with a beautiful young woman in the intimacy of a room by the sea.

It was made in a big mansion

With romantic lyrics written by Estéfano (member of the duet "Donato and Estéfano), Chayanne had to play the role of a young man in love, who walks along the beach holding hands with the Rumanian top model Andrea Radutoiu. This 23 year old woman had to kiss, hug and touch the singer… What a sacrifice! But someone had to do it and unfortunately it was not for free.

This production costed US$350.000.— all things were first class: the director, the model, the wardrobe, even the big mansion, where indoor scenes were filmed, had 3 floors and was located by the Pacific Ocean, in the exclusive area of Malibu, CA.

 Chayanne receives very good comments from the director.

The shooting was quite long because it started at 05:00 a.m. and finished at midnight. They filmed hundreds of scenes and there were about 100 technicians.

The post-production was made by Paramount Pictures—there was a reason for that big amount of money!

Anyway, this video will be released very soon in Puerto Rico, but "VEA" shows you the exclusive pictures of our countryman, knowing that all his fans will be very pleased.

The man in charge of shooting this unreal love story—remember that Chayanne is happily married to Marilisa Maronesse—was the British Rocky Schenk, who has worked with international stars such as Liza Stanfield.

After finishing the video, the director, who was impressed by the Puerto Rican´s great talent, said: "He is an actor, a very good actor".

 He wants to have a movie career

Speaking about acting, the handsome singer says that he has several movie offers in Hollywood and in Latin America.

One of the offers is about a diver, with a script based on a real story. The other is about a "good" thief, it would be a movie like Robin Hood or Remington Steel.

But this is not all, there are soap opera offers in Argentina and Mexico. Definitively, his agent Amato is very busy getting him jobs in L.A.—in the big screen as much as in the small screen. ("He is really excited with me and my first work. I don´t want to be in one movie and that´s it, I want a movie career", says the attractive artist, who rejected to be in 5 episodes of the American comedy "Ally McBeal" because he was singing before thousands of people in Argentina).

 His song is very well received

When we wrote this article, Chayanne was in Madrid, Spain, where he sold more than 300,000 copies of his album "Atado a tu amor". This is the result of his greatest hit "Salomé" and the movie "Dance with me", co-starred with Vanessa Williams.

On June 12, he went to Rome where he was for some days to participate in different shows and in an important musical festival.

During his stay in Italy, the handsome artist would meet the Italian singer Ana Oxa, who recorded the song "Walking, walking" with Chayanne last October.

This song is number 5 in the list of hits of that country.

Chayanne and Ana, winner of the last "San Remo Festival", filmed the video of this song in Barcelona last March—many people don´t know that our idol understands and speaks Italian very well.

 A big reception was prepared

After eating a lot of pasta, the singer of "Dejaría Todo" and "Fiesta en América" would go to the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Sweden and finally to Puerto Rico where he would arrive on June, 22nd.

Maritza Casiano and Sony Records had prepared him a big reception and a press conference. Two days later, he would perform at the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez of Bayamón with the first of his concerts called "Chayanne 20 years of story".

It has been rumored that in these days, Chayanne would present his son, Lorenzo Valentino, for the first time, and that he would sing with the ex members of "Los Chicos", who are together again. But this is not true; what will happen indeed is that Chayanne will perform a very erotic scene with his dancer Nancy, George Clooney´s girlfriend.

The song is "Mira ven, ven", and both of them rub their bodies on stage.

But do not despair! There is even more: this red haired woman not only has the hard work of rubbing the intimate parts of his body but she touches them too.

It is clear that this will make all his fans jealous. ("What she does is to touch my belly. Well, she is doing her work", says smiling as trying not to attach importance to the controversial matter; which definitively will make people talk).
